  14. MY STORY: Back in late October 2014, I went to my doctor for a check up, and my BP & cholesterol were so high, they wouldn’t even let me leave the office for several hours as they shoved pills down my throat, trying to bring it down. It scared the crap outta me and I resolved to get my health back on track immediately. I ordered a 21 Day Fix + ShakeO challenge pack in November, joined a challenge group, and started 12/8/14. I’m now in my 4th cycle of the Fix and drinking my chocolate ShakeO daily. My doctor had prescribed meds to lower my BP & cholesterol, but I only took them for 1 month, then never got em refilled. But 2 weeks ago, our employee health insurance company came out to the job for a free info seminar & offered free health checks which I participated in…and all of my levels were in perfect range! Not to mention I’ve lost 20 lbs and lots of inches all over! I’m loving my results and have now even signed up to be a Beachbody coach.

From the FAQ: “Yes, all Shakeology formulas are made in a manufacturing facility that also processes known allergens such as soy, milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat (gluten) ingredients. While our manufacturing procedures follows strict, required FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), which include immediate cleaning and breaking down of equipment after every production batch and proper air filtration systems as precautionary measures, the possibility of cross-contamination can never be 100% eliminated, therefore we are required by the FDA, to include a warning that addresses this.”
