Shakeology Breakfast Bars to Wake You Up


Morning usually means a few things for people: breakfast, coffee, and (in our cases) Shakeology! While all 3 sound amazing, we are busy people with precious morning time. So how does one get all 3 things every morning without having to sacrifice the extra minutes? Hmm. Oh. Right.

Shakeology Breakfast Bars with Cafe Latte Shakeology! So you’ve got your breakfast. Made with Shakeology. With the coffee taste from Cafe Latte. If we were more efficient, it would almost be suspicious. So now your breakfast will have that dense nutrition you need to start your day off right AND the taste to make you excited to get out of bed! Check out the recipe below and whip up a batch of your own. And don’t be fooled by the name–these bars are perfect for a snack any time of the day!

Wake Me Up Breakfast Bars

(Makes 9 servings, 1 bar each)

4 scoops Café Latte Shakeology
2 cups dry old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup chopped raw walnuts 
½ cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup mashed banana (approx. 1 medium banana)

1. Combine Shakeology, oats, walnuts, and raisins in a large mixing bowl; mix well.

2. Add almond milk and banana; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.

3. Press mixture into 8 x 8-inch baking pan; cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

4. Cut into 9 bars.
