Darin told us that his book teaches people how to retrain their brains to think differently about health and well-being with these five Life Forces: Quality Nutrition, Hydration, Detoxification, Oxygenation, and Alkalization.
“One of the main themes I was attempting to convey in this book is for mankind to get back to our instinctual ways of eating—to focus on our long forgotten plant-based medicinal instincts to heal our bodies. And for people to pull back from eating chemically manipulated food,” Darin said with vigor.
Your body is the product of what you’re doing to it.
If you’re already drinking Shakeology daily, Darin believes that you’re on the right path to success, but Shakeology is only a catalyst to living well. “If you fuel your body with Shakeology, then eat and drink terribly the rest of the day, you’re doing a huge disservice to yourself,” Darin told us.

When it comes to his philosophy of Life Forces, Darin said that, “If you undercut one of them, you undercut them all. And if you’re not supporting even one of them properly, they all suffer. When we asked Darin what he hopes to teach the world with his new book he said, “I can condense my book down into a few sentences: Eat more freakin’ plants that are fresh, whole, and organic. Drink more water. And chill out on the overcooked and over-processed food.”
