      You can lose an average of 10-15lbs with one round of the 21 Day Fix, If after one round you have not achieve your goals, then you can repeat as many rounds as you need. Some people have lost more than 100lbs just following the 21 Day Fix. Hope this helps, Gypsy 😉

    • If you do several rounds, you will get to 70 pounds! My cousin lost 100 pounds in 6 months!

  3. Is shakeology and the 21 day fix safe while breastfeeding? My baby girl is 3months.

      As long as you include enough calories, the 21 day fix should be perfectly safe. After you calculate your caloric needs add 500 more to cover the calorie expenditure of breastfeeding. The danger with diets and breastfeeding is losing too quickly. If you find your milk supply decreasing make sure to increase your fluid and calorie intake. Hope this helps!

    I’m on the 2nd week of this program and I have lost 17 lbs so far. If I do more rounds I believe I’ll reach my goal of losing 50. The key is consistency. If you are consistent with your efforts on a daily
    basis it will pay off. You can get more info here what is 21 day fix.

    I recommend tracking your nutrition on a daily basis so you know where to make changes if needed.
