  1. I just finished this yesterday! Im so excited by my results…I had been kind of stuck lately, even with good nutrition and exercise I couldn’t break it. Over the past three days I haven’t felt hungry and I have had more energy! I feel light on my feet now. Its crazy the results. I lost 6.6 pounds since Tuesday morning.     Why aren’t we allowed to eat chicken and eggs with the refresh? Any specific reason?

    • because it’s bad for you, and you’re supposed to be cleansing your body. You can curb those cravings with shakeology shakes and fruits/veggies that are so much better for you. 🙂

    • Meat & dairy are harder on your digestive system, you are cleansing your body and giving your system a break for the 3 days

  5. Only two comments on here from people who have benefited from this. Curious. Mostly water weight loss?

    • It’s a great way to kick start a journey. Of course the reduced insulin causes the body to release some water so the early loss is not all fat. Still, reducing insulin is critical for reducing cravings and allowing the body to start to burn fat for energy.

  6. I was super excited when my order(3 Day Refresh, Great Body Guaranteed & Slim Series Express) came in on Thursday just in time for the weekend. I thought “this is perfect, I’ll Refresh over the weekend & start my workout fresh on Monday”… I’m not sure how it’s possible but I lost 8 pounds over the weekend with the 3 Day Refresh!!! Actually I have an idea… I don’t normally eat enough during the day (a bad habit I fell into). I certainly was not hungry during the day and the first night it took me 30 minutes to finish my dinner of veggies… I learned a lot about proper eating habits & enjoyed the recipes so much that I decided to carry on with them, incorporate them into my meals & have created my weekly menu using them. I’m so excited to continue on with what I have learned!!!
